The Digital India Fund is an investment corporation built around a partnership founded by the PanIIT alumni alongside multi-lateral and Indian development financial institutions in the broadband value chain. It has an initial proposed corpus of USD 2 Billion, 25% of which is being contributed by a group of IIT Alumni Venture funds whilst the balance is to be contributed by international development financial institutions, government agencies, fund of funds and key capital market institutions.
